MOTION GRAPHICS WORK

SEE NO STRANGER - Valarie Kaur

Valarie Kaur, who founded the Revolutionary Love Project, came to us with an ask for simple, easy, and budget friendly social assets to promote the upcoming release of her book See No Stranger. We first mocked up a very rough idea of what combining motion graphics with her most powerful quotes from the book looked like. Once approved we did a short V.O. session with her in Los Angeles reading the quotes. From there we created ten unique social assets (in both 9x16 + 4x5 aspect ratios) for Valarie to use. Each unique asset took approximately one hour of post-production to create. Being able to leverage the existing book graphic designers various files as elements to use in the motion design of the pieces was a big help.

HARNESS

Harness has a very specific and well-defined brand guidelines which always help direct the route we go creatively. These pieces highlight strong bold graphics which helps convey the impact the organization had. The “Harness 2022 Wrapped” piece was created with all of their available 2022 assets as well as a script from their producer. With multiple cuts, notes, and revision sessions this piece took approximately three full days of post-production to complete. The “Natives Skate to the Polls” social piece (featured here as 16x9) was also done in a 9x16 aspect ratio and featured on their Instagram page. The footage was shot by Foreword on location on Super 8 film and was a very last minute post asset creation that took a maximum of two hours for a multiple format delivery (16x9, 4x5, 9x16).

WAGE

This concept combines a motion graphics package centered around the use of an application on a smartphone with the use of high quality B-roll footage shot for a tech company looking to give their users an inside look on how the application is best used. These videos followed a script from the producer and took approximately one full day of post-production each to complete.

Ride to End ALZ + Breeze

For both of these videos there were a couple of factors at play: smaller budgets, minimal to zero pre-existing footage to work with, and the need for a promotional video. Ride to End ALZ we utilized both stock footage and already existing photo assets for this Ride to End ALZ promotional video. Breeze was entirely created from our stock footage library and help from a script by the co-founder. Both took an approximate half to full day to complete.

Mission Based Cycling - Route Map Videos

This has become a specialty of ours in 2023 featured in many mission based cycling promotional videos. The concept here gives viewers an inside look at the route they will be riding for their cause and providing information like distance and elevation gain.
