FOREWORD

We have been fortunate to work with Deemer Class and help him create assets that were part of the wave of content released when FCL’s online platform launched at the end of 2019. The primary goal at First Class Lacrosse is to use the experiences and training from playing and coaching at the highest levels in the Men’s & Women’s game to help players become elite offensive players. In the FCL Breakdown and Instructional videos we worked to mirror that goal with a clear dissection of lacrosse training while maintaining a visual level of excellence.
